In what format will I get my icon?

You can download your icon as an SVG. SVG is a common vector file format that can be imported in many other design apps. It scales without getting pixelated.

Is my icon really unique?

All icons on our platform are created uniquely. Once you purchase it, it’ll be taken off the shop so nobody else can purchase the same icon.

What’s included in my purchase?

Besides the logo file in SVG format, you’ll get a $5 coupon for our font shop and an additional $5 coupon for our brand kit creator.

Can I make changes to my icon?

Of course. The file is all yours. You can use a vector program such as Figma, Canva and Illustrator, or an online SVG editor to edit your file.

How do I use the logo icon in the Mojomox logo & brand kit creator?

In the Mojomox logo and brand kit app, you’ll need to upload the logo symbol in the gray sidebar > Logo Symbol > Upload SVG File. If you don’t see that button, please email saskia@mojomox.com with the email address you’ve used for your Mojomox logo & brand kit purchase.

Can I return my purchase?

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return your order within 10 business days by sending an email to saskia@mojomox.com. Please note that you will need to delete all downloaded files you received from us and the coupon codes for our font and brand kit shop will be void.

What’s the delivery window?

The delivery is directly after purchase. You’ll receive an email with a link and download instructions shortly after purchase.
