Refund policy

Returns

If you’re not happy with the product, you can request a refund within 14 business days. Please email saskia@mojomox.com.

Please note that once the item is refunded, you cannot use the logo file anymore and all copies of the files must be deleted. The logo will be made available again on our platform.

Refunds

Once the refund is approved via email, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
